How to log in
Enter your email address and select Continue.
Enter your password and complete the hCaptcha verification.
Select Log in.
Forgotten password
To reset your password:
Enter your email address and select Continue.
Select Forgotten password.
Enter your email address again and select Recover password.
We’ll send you an email containing a six-digit verification code.
Enter the code and follow the instructions to create a new password.
Always use the email address registered to your account.
Reset email not received
If you don’t receive the password-reset email:
Check your Junk or Spam folder.
Make sure you entered the correct email address.
Request another password-reset email.
If the problem continues, contact [AlphiBet Customer Support].
One account per customer
You may only hold one AlphiBet account.
If you open more than one account, any additional accounts will be closed. If you’re unable to access your existing account, contact [AlphiBet Customer Support] rather than creating another one.
Account locked or suspended
Situation | Possible cause | What to do |
Account locked | Several unsuccessful login attempts | Wait 24 hours for the temporary restriction to expire or reset your password using Forgotten password. Contact Customer Support if you still cannot log in. |
Active Self-Exclusion | A Self-Exclusion period is active | Your account will remain restricted until the selected period ends. Once it has ended, follow the applicable account-reactivation process. |
Gambling reminder timeout | A prolonged gaming session triggered a temporary timeout | Wait 30 minutes before attempting to log in again. |
Dormant or closed account | The account has been inactive for an extended period or was previously closed | Contact Customer Support to check the status of your account and the available options. Do not create another account unless instructed to do so. |
Unverified email or incomplete identity verification | Your email address has not been verified or identity verification is incomplete | Use the link sent to your registered email address and provide any requested verification documents. |
Restricted account | The account has been restricted following an account or policy review | Contact Customer Support for more information. |
Password management
Change your password
If you can access your account:
Go to My Account → Security.
Select Change password.
Enter your current password and new password.
Select Change Password.
A confirmation will appear when your password has been updated.
Passkeys
What is a passkey?
A passkey allows you to log in without entering a traditional password.
Passkeys use public-key cryptography:
A public key is registered with AlphiBet.
A corresponding private key remains securely stored on your device.
When you log in, you confirm your identity using the authentication method supported by your device, such as facial recognition, a fingerprint or a PIN.
Passkeys can provide:
Greater protection against phishing.
Reduced reliance on passwords.
Faster login.
Access across compatible devices and platforms.
Enable a passkey
Go to My Account → Security.
Select Passkeys.
Select Enable.
Follow your device’s instructions to authenticate and create the passkey.
Once created, the passkey will appear in your security settings.
Account security
AlphiBet uses security measures designed to protect your account and personal information.
Biometric login
Biometric login may be available through supported AlphiBet applications and devices.
To enable or disable it:
Go to My Account → Security.
Find the biometric login setting.
Use the toggle to enable or disable it.
Confirm using the authentication method supported by your device.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
To enable Two-Factor Authentication:
Go to My Account → Security.
Select Two-Factor Authentication.
Enter your account password.
Select Enable 2FA.
Choose an available authentication method.
If using an authentication application, follow the instructions to scan the QR code or enter the setup key.
Enter the verification code generated by the authentication application.
Confirm to complete the setup.
Disable Two-Factor Authentication
Go to My Account → Security → Two-Factor Authentication.
Select Disable 2FA.
Confirm your selection.
If you cannot log in because of Two-Factor Authentication, contact Customer Support. To protect your account, you may be asked to provide documents or information to confirm your identity.
Account security tips
Keep your password and account details private.
Use a strong password that you don’t use for other services.
Never share verification codes with anyone.
Log out after using a shared or public device.
Review your active sessions regularly and close any you don’t recognize.
Contact Customer Support if you notice any unfamiliar account activity.
To review your active sessions:
Go to My Account → Security.
Select Active Sessions.
Review the devices or sessions shown and close any you don’t recognize.
