Trustly is only available to AlphiBet customers registered in Finland.
Trustly deposits can take up to 24 hours to process.
Trustly withdrawal requests are usually reviewed within 24 hours. If verification documents, additional information or further security or compliance checks are required, the review may take longer.

The bank account is registered in your own name.
Your AlphiBet account has been verified.
Your bank supports Trustly.
Your bank’s mobile app is installed on your device.
The details on your bank account match the details registered on your AlphiBet account.

Select the Trustly icon.
Enter the amount you want to deposit.
Select Deposit to continue.
Select your bank.
Follow the instructions in your banking app to authorise the payment.
How to withdraw using Trustly

Select My Account from the top menu.
Select Withdraw.
Select Trustly.
Select your bank account.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
Select Withdraw to submit your request.
Follow any instructions displayed by Trustly or your bank to confirm the withdrawal.
