You can use Google Pay to deposit and withdraw funds from your AlphiBet account.
You will need Google Wallet installed on your device with at least one accepted payment card saved.
Processing times
Google Pay deposits are usually processed instantly.
Google Pay withdrawal requests are usually reviewed within 24 hours. If verification documents, additional information or further security or compliance checks are required, the review may take longer.
Once your withdrawal has been approved and released, the funds should reach your account within 1–3 working days, depending on your bank.

Canada: Important information about card deposits
If a deposit doesn't complete, it may be because your card issuer applies its own authorisation rules. Some banks restrict international (cross-border) transactions as part of their standard card policy. Where this applies, a deposit may not be approved even though your card is valid and funds are available.
This is a decision made by your bank and isn't related to your account with us.
What you can do:
Select or add a different card in your Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet and try again.
Check with your bank whether international transactions are enabled on your card.
Use one of the alternative deposit methods available in the Cashier.

Before using Google Pay
Please make sure that:
Google Wallet is installed on your device.
You have added an accepted payment card to Google Wallet.
The payment card is registered in your own name.
The details on your payment method match the details registered on your AlphiBet account.
Your account has been verified, if requested.
If your transaction is unsuccessful, check that your device and payment card support Google Pay. You can also try another payment method or contact our Customer Services Team.

Select the Google Pay icon.
Enter the amount you want to deposit.
Select Pay.
Follow the instructions displayed by Google Pay to authorise the payment.

Select Google Pay.
Check that you have selected the correct payment method.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
