International bank transfer withdrawal requests are usually reviewed within 24 hours.
If verification documents, additional information or further security or compliance checks are required, the review may take longer.
Once your withdrawal has been approved and released, the funds should reach your bank account within 2–5 working days.
Your bank may charge a fee for receiving an international transfer. Any applicable fees will depend on your financial institution.

Before withdrawing by bank transfer
Please make sure that:
The bank account is registered in your own name.
Your bank account details are correct.
The details on your bank account match the details registered on your AlphiBet account.
Your AlphiBet account has been verified, if requested.
Your bank can receive transfers in the selected currency.

How to withdraw by international bank transfer
Select My Account from the top menu.
Select Withdraw.
Select Bank Transfer.
Enter the requested bank account details.
Check that your bank details are correct.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
Select Withdraw to submit your request.
