Golden Chips are promotional chips that can be used on selected Live Casino games.
Each Golden Chip has a fixed value and is available for a limited period. When you open an eligible game, your available Golden Chips will appear automatically.
Any eligible winnings are credited to your cash balance in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.
How to use Golden Chips
Open a Live Casino game included in the promotion.
When the game loads, a message will display your available Golden Chips. Select Accept.
Your Golden Chips will appear with the other available chips on the game screen.
Select the Golden Chip icon.
Place the chip on an eligible betting area.
Confirm your bet, if required.
If the bet wins, the eligible winnings will be credited to your cash balance.
The Golden Chip icon displays the value of each chip and the number of chips available. For example, a customer with an account in Canadian dollars may see C$0.10 as the chip value and 20 as the number of available chips.

Golden Chips can only be used on the games and betting areas listed in the promotion terms and conditions.
Eligible games may display a banner showing that Golden Chips are available.
Golden Chips have an expiry date and must be used before the time stated in the promotion terms.
Once all your Golden Chips have been used, any further bets may be deducted from your cash balance. Always check the selected chip and balance before placing another bet.

If you cannot see your Golden Chips, check that:
You have opened an eligible game.
You have accepted or activated the promotion, where required.
The Golden Chips have not expired.
You still have Golden Chips available.
