Your deposit may be moved to your bonus balance if you opt in to a Deposit Match promotion that includes this condition.
Deposit Match offers may include:
Casino Deposit Match: The qualifying deposit and promotional reward may be credited as Casino Bonus Funds.
Sports Deposit Match: The promotional reward may be credited as a Sports Free Bet or Sports Bonus Funds.
The promotion title or terms will show the matching percentage, maximum reward and reward type. For example:

Depending on the offer, some or all of your qualifying deposit may be moved to your bonus balance. Funds held in the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirements have been completed.

How do Casino Bonus Funds become withdrawable cash?
Casino Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the promotion terms.
You must complete these requirements within the applicable promotion period. Once they have been completed, any remaining eligible balance will be transferred to your cash balance and may become available for withdrawal.

How do Sports Free Bets work?
Sports Free Bets do not convert directly into withdrawable cash.
Depending on the promotion, a Sports Free Bet may:
Only be used on eligible sports, events or markets.
Need to meet minimum odds or other bet requirements.
Be used as a single bet or split across multiple bets.
Return only the profit, without returning the Free Bet stake.
Be unavailable for Cash Out.
Need to be placed separately from cash bets.
Expire if it is not used within the specified period.

Can I opt out after the promotion has started?
If you have not used any of the Bonus Funds or Free Bets, contact Customer Support. We will check whether the promotion can be removed and explain what will happen to your deposit and promotional reward.
Once you have started using the promotional funds, you will not be able to cancel or reverse the promotion.
Before requesting the cancellation of a promotion, make sure you understand how this will affect your deposit, bonus and any associated winnings.
What happens if I don’t complete the Casino wagering requirements?
If you do not complete the wagering requirements before the promotion expires, any remaining Casino Bonus Funds and associated bonus winnings may expire and be removed from your account.

What happens if I don’t use my Sports Free Bet?
A Sports Free Bet will expire if it is not used within the period stated in the promotion terms.
Once expired, it will be removed from your account and cannot be used, converted into cash or withdrawn.
