If you cannot find the market you are looking for, you can submit a price request for our Trading team to review.
How to request a market
Before submitting a request, open the event you want to bet on and check the available markets.
If the market is not listed:
Select Message Us to contact Customer Service.
Follow this path: Sports → Placing a bet → I can’t find the market or event I want to bet on → Price request.
Enter the Sport Type and Event Description.
Select No, submit the request as is.
Select Price Request to submit your request.
Provide as much relevant information as possible to help our Trading team identify the event and market.
What happens next?
Your request will be sent to our Trading team for review.
If the requested market can be offered, it will be added to the available markets.
Check again closer to the start of the event to see whether it has become available.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that the market or price will be offered.
