How do I place a bet?

Select Sports to browse the available sports, competitions and events. A selection of popular options will be displayed by default.

Once you’ve found an event, choose the market you want to bet on and click or tap the odds for your selection.

Depending on the event, additional markets may be available. Browse the available options to find the one you want.

Your selection will automatically be added to your betslip, where you can review it before placing your bet.

Enter the amount you want to bet in the Stake field.

Your potential return will be calculated automatically based on your stake and the selected odds.

If your available balance is lower than your stake, the Place Bet button will be replaced by Deposit to Bet.

Select Deposit to Bet to add funds to your account. Once you have sufficient funds, return to your betslip to place the bet.

If you have an eligible promotional reward, you may be able to apply it from your betslip.

To place your bet using Bonus Funds, select Use Bonus Funds before confirming the bet.

If you have an active Bet Boost Token, you can apply it from your betslip when your selection is eligible. Once applied, your potential return will update automatically to reflect the boosted odds.

Check your selections, Total Stake, Total Returns and any promotional rewards you have applied.

Select Place Bet to submit your bet.

Once it has been successfully placed, a confirmation message will appear in your betslip.

To check the status of your bet, select My Bets.

Alternatively, go to Account → Bet History.

Open the relevant bet to view its details.

The Transaction ID, also known as the Bet ID, appears at the bottom of the bet details. You can use it to identify the bet when contacting Customer Service.
