You can check your promotion status in the Offers section.
Each promotion displays a status showing whether you need to opt in, have started the promotion or have already completed it.
How to check your promotion status
Open the Offers section.
Select the relevant category, such as All, Sports, Casino or Free to Play.
Find the promotion and check the displayed status.
The following statuses may appear:
Opt In Required: You need to opt in before completing the promotion requirements.
Active: The promotion is available and does not require you to opt in.
In Progress: You have successfully opted in and can complete the remaining requirements.
Completed: You have completed the promotion.
Expired: The promotion has ended and can no longer be completed.
How to opt in to a promotion
Open the Offers section.
Select the promotion you want to join.
Read the applicable terms and conditions.
Review the steps under What You Need to Do.
Select Opt In.
Check that the promotion status changes to In Progress.
Select Let’s Play or follow the displayed instructions to begin completing the promotion requirements.
If the promotion does not show an opt-in option, it may not require one, may have expired or may not be available for your account or location.
