Free Bets are linked to specific promotions and can only be used when all the applicable offer conditions have been met.
If the Free Bet option does not appear in your bet slip, check the following requirements.
Free Bet requirements
Each Free Bet has its own terms and eligibility criteria, which may include:
Minimum odds for each selection
Eligible sports, events or markets
Eligible bet types
A minimum number of selections
Maximum stake or winnings limits
An expiry date
Review the terms displayed with your Free Bet before placing your bet.
Free Bets for accumulator bets
If you are using a Free Bet on an accumulator, check that:
Your bet contains the minimum number of selections required by the offer.
Each selection meets the applicable minimum odds.
The selections are from eligible events or markets.
Each selection qualifies individually. The combined odds of the accumulator do not replace a minimum-odds requirement for each selection.
Your selections can be combined in the same bet.

Other reasons a Free Bet may not appear
The Free Bet option may not appear if:
The selected market is not eligible.
The bet was created through a feature that is excluded from the offer, such as Bet Builder.
The Free Bet has expired.
The Free Bet has already been used.
Your stake exceeds the amount available or permitted.
Your account or location is not eligible for the promotion.
The selections do not meet the offer conditions.
How to resolve the issue
Check the Free Bet’s expiry date and available value.
Review the applicable promotion terms.
Confirm that the sport, event, market and bet type are eligible.
Check that every selection meets the required minimum odds.
Confirm that your stake and number of selections meet the offer requirements.
Remove or replace any selection that does not qualify.
Return to the bet slip and check whether the Free Bet option is now available.

If you have met all the applicable conditions and the Free Bet option still does not appear, contact Customer Support for assistance.
How winnings from a Free Bet are calculated
Unless the applicable offer terms state otherwise, the Free Bet stake is not returned with any winnings.
For example, if you place a winning C$10 Free Bet and the total return is C$25, only the C$15 profit will be credited to your cash balance. The C$10 Free Bet stake will not be returned.
