PCA-202 | You have reached a deposit limit set on your account. | Check your deposit limits in Account → Safer Gambling → Deposit Limits. Wait for the relevant limit period to reset or enter an amount within your remaining limit. |
PCM-204 | The payment method has already been registered to another gaming account. | Contact our Customer Services Team so that we can review the payment method. |
PCA-231 | You have reached your net deposit limit. | Check your net deposits in Account → My Activity → Net Deposits. |
PCA-204 | Your account must be verified before you can withdraw. | Follow the instructions displayed in your account or sent to your registered email address. Submit the requested verification documents and wait for them to be reviewed. |
PCA-217 | Restrictions have been applied to your account. | Contact our Customer Services Team for assistance. |
PCA-219 | Your account is restricted because verification is required or incomplete. | Go to Account → Account Verification and complete the requested steps. |
WP-300 / EMPG-401 | Your bank or payment provider declined the transaction. | Check that your payment method is active, registered in your name, has not expired and has sufficient funds. Check your account limits and try another amount or payment method. Contact your bank if the problem continues. |
What should I check before trying again?
Before making another deposit or withdrawal, check that:
The payment method is registered in your own name.
Your card or payment method has not expired.
Your account has been verified.
You have enough funds available.
The amount is within your personal and payment-method limits.
The selected payment method is available in your registered country.
Your payment details are correct.
Avoid submitting the same transaction repeatedly, as this may result in additional pending transactions or temporary authorisations.
What if my deposit was declined but my bank shows a charge?
