How Lucky Dip works
When Lucky Dip is available, you can choose an eligible market, enter your stake and spin the wheel to receive a random selection.
The wheel animation is for visual effect only. Your selection is generated using a Random Number Generator (RNG).
Where to find Lucky Dip
On desktop
Open the left-hand navigation menu.
Scroll through the available options.
Select Lucky Dip.
Available Lucky Dip markets will be displayed by sport.
On the Android or iOS app
Select the Menu icon.
Scroll through the available options.
Select Lucky Dip.
Available Lucky Dip markets will be displayed by sport.
Select How to play on an available Lucky Dip market to view the instructions and conditions that apply.
How to play Lucky Dip
Choose an available Lucky Dip market.
Review the applicable odds, stake limits and market conditions.
Enter your stake.
Spin the wheel to receive your random selection.
Once the outcome appears, select X to close the wheel and view the bet in your bet slip.
You can also find the bet under My Bets → Open.
Where the Bet again option is available, you can use it to place the same selection with a different stake.

Lucky Dip selections are generated using a Random Number Generator (RNG). Every possible outcome within the relevant Lucky Dip market has the same chance of being assigned.
The wheel animation is for visual effect only. The selection is determined by the RNG when you submit the bet.
Each Lucky Dip market has a maximum stake per spin. You will be notified if your stake exceeds the permitted amount.
There is no set limit on the number of Lucky Dip bets you can place, subject to any applicable account restrictions.
Lucky Dip bets are available as singles only and all markets are win only.
If an outcome is withdrawn, the relevant Lucky Dip market may be closed. Bets accepted before the market closes will still stand.
Dead Heat Rules apply.
Cash Out is not available for Lucky Dip bets.
Your bet will be settled at the price displayed in your bet slip when the bet is placed, even if the price in the original market subsequently changes.
Best Odds Guaranteed does not apply to Lucky Dip selections, including in locations where Best Odds Guaranteed is otherwise available.
